1. Analog Design Engineer responsible for high-speed mixed-signal transceiver

Responsibilities include:

* Circuit design from transistor, simulation, layout, to lab bench debug.

* ESD and layout guidance for proper implementation of the design.

* Board/package level signal integrity evaluation, and IO bus topology definition.

* Board/package level timing characterization.

Requirements:

* BSEE, MSEE preferred.

* Candidate must have 8 or more years of well-rounded high-speed analog development experience.

* Previous design experience with PLL, DLL, VCO, CDR, high-speed physical layer transceiver and SERDES is highly desirable.

* Mu st have CMOS transistor level design skills and familiarity with analog design tools, such as HSPICE or PSPICE.

* Good communication and teamwork skills are a must.

2. Logic Design Engineer responsible for ASIC product development

Responsibilities include:

* Develop product specifications, architecture, logic blocks, and logic block floor plan.

* Perform logic design, verification, synthesis, and timing analysis.

* ASIC product validation and characterization.

Requirements:

* BSEE, MSEE preferred.

* Candidate must have 5 or more years of well-rounded FPGA and ASIC development experience.

* Previous design experience with embedded processors, microcontrollers, PCI, PCI-Express, USB, PCMCIA, Cardbus, SDIO, ATA, and S-ATA is highly desirable.

* Familiar with FPGA and ASIC design flow, methodology, and tools.

* Good communication and teamwork skills are a must.

3. Software Engineer

Responsibilities include:

* Develop device driver software for use in the Microsoft Windows, Windows CE, Pocket PC, Linux, or other embedded OS platforms.

* Develop test suites and applications.

* Support hardware system integration and verification.

* Provide direct technical assistance and support to customers.

Requirements:

* BSCS/EE, MSCS/EE preferred.

* Candidate must have 5 or more years of well-rounded software development experience.

* Must have Windows NT/2000/XP device driver development experience.

* Familiar with the Window DDK environment for NDIS development as well as Windows CE.net platform development.

* Experience with embedded OS, such as VxWorks, Symbian, Embedded Linux, etc. is a big plus.

* Good communication and teamwork skills are a must.
